    We stay close to the real problem before prescribing a solution. What the problem actually is often turns out to be different from how it first appears.

    Analysis earns its place when it improves a decision someone has to make. We work back from the decision rather than forward from a framework.

    Complexity is the condition, not the deliverable. Our job is to turn it into something a team can see, understand and act on.

    We leave behind solutions that hold up as circumstances change, and capability that stays with the team.

Every engagement is led by experienced practitioners with direct experience of the problem. The expertise you commission is the expertise that shows up. We work with a focused number of clients at a time, which is a quality standard rather than a constraint.

DigiFrontiers is being built as an independent advisory and delivery practice, combining business, transformation, analytical and technology capability. Where an engagement requires specialist depth, we bring in trusted specialists selected for the work, not drawn from a general pool.

Founder

Founded by Aman Sharma. The experience behind the practice spans transformation, data, technology and complex financial decisions, including deep experience in credit and risk. It is a foundation the practice is built to grow beyond.
